Welcome to AstrMap Review Insights
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between Shenzhen Xingyi Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xingyi Technology", "we", or "us") and you regarding your use of AstrMap Review Insights services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Before registering and accepting these Terms, you should carefully read and fully understand all provisions, especially those that limit or exempt our liabilities, govern legal application, and resolve disputes (such provisions will be displayed in bold). If you cannot accurately understand any clause of this agreement, please do not proceed and contact our customer service promptly.
By filling in information as prompted on the registration page, reading and accepting these Terms, and completing your AstrMap Review Insights account registration, or by actually using our services in any other manner permitted by AstrMap Review Insights, you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all content of these Terms and all rules that AstrMap Review Insights has published or may publish in the future, including but not limited to page displays, policies, announcements, operating procedures, or notices. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and rules at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately. Please timely review the latest version of Terms and rules. We may not notify you separately. If you continue to use AstrMap Review Insights services after revisions to these Terms and rules, you are deemed to have agreed to such revisions.
2. Services
AstrMap Review Insights provides Amazon product review analysis services. Such services may be optimized or updated based on user needs, with the specific content subject to what is displayed on the AstrMap Review Insights page.
3. Account Registration and Use
3.1 Account Registration
To create an account and use our services, you must:
(1) Have full civil capacity. If you are a natural person without full civil capacity, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
(2) Provide your email address and any other information required by us to complete your account registration.
(3) Provide us with one or more payment methods. Payment methods refer to currently valid and acceptable payment methods, which may be updated from time to time.
(4) Create your account personally. If you are registering an AstrMap Review Insights account on behalf of a legal entity or other organization, you warrant that you have already obtained prior written authorization from the organization you represent, and such organization shall be bound by these Terms.
You understand and confirm that registration of an AstrMap Review Insights account is required to use AstrMap Review Insights services. You may register and obtain an AstrMap Review Insights account by filling in relevant information as prompted on the page. You warrant that the information you submit to AstrMap Review Insights is true, lawful, accurate, and effective.
3.2 Account Use
(1) After completing your account registration, you may log in to the AstrMap Review Insights platform using your registered account and password.
(2) You understand and confirm that you should properly keep your account information and ensure that account information is not provided to any other person. Any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
(3) You understand and agree that your account is for your personal use only. We will only request relevant information from you when it involves your account security. If you have any questions, please contact our official customer service before providing information.
(4) You understand and agree that if there are any violations contrary to the original purpose of AstrMap Review Insights sub-accounts, such as pooling or reselling sub-accounts, AstrMap Review Insights has the right to refuse certification or terminate "certified" accounts.
(5) Please be sure to keep your account information safe and bear full responsibility for all activities conducted using your account information. Unless required by law, judicial ruling, or with the consent of AstrMap Review Insights, you shall not lend, transfer, or provide your account to any third party for use in any way. Otherwise, AstrMap Review Insights has the right to pursue your breach of contract liability, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
(6) If you discover any unauthorized login or other situations that may affect your account security, please contact us promptly and authorize us with relevant information to maintain your account security. Losses to your account not caused by gross negligence of AstrMap Review Insights shall be borne by you.
4. Service Fees
You understand that AstrMap Review Insights has incurred substantial costs in providing its services, so some AstrMap Review Insights services are provided to you for a fee. You understand and agree that fee items, fee standards, and fee collection methods displayed on AstrMap Review Insights may be modified or changed from time to time, with the specific content subject to what is displayed on AstrMap Review Insights. If you do not agree to such modifications or changes, you should stop using AstrMap Review Insights services.
4.1 Subscription
(1) You understand and agree that if you choose to subscribe to an AstrMap Review Insights plan, services will take effect immediately upon your completion of payment.
(2) Upon expiration of your subscription, please renew your subscription yourself if you wish to continue using the services.
4.2 Payment
(1) By making payment to us, you indicate your agreement to accept AstrMap Review Insights services and enjoy all membership benefits as stipulated by AstrMap Review Insights during the contract period.
(2) You understand and agree that under normal circumstances, service fees once paid are non-refundable.
4.3 Points System
(1) Points are virtual currency provided by AstrMap Review Insights for deducting analysis service fees.
(2) The validity period of points is consistent with your subscribed plan period. Monthly subscription points are valid for one month, quarterly subscription points are valid for one quarter, and annual subscription points are valid for one year.
(3) Different plans entitle you to different monthly point quotas, subject to page displays.
(4) Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
5. Representations and Warranties
(1) You warrant that all information you provide to us during registration and use of AstrMap Review Insights is true, accurate, lawful, and effective. Otherwise, you shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
(2) You warrant that during your use of AstrMap Review Insights, you shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and any rules published by AstrMap Review Insights from time to time, and shall not use AstrMap Review Insights for any illegal or profitable activities.
(3) You may share and exchange information on the AstrMap Review Insights platform, but you must ensure that all information you share on the AstrMap Review Insights platform complies with laws, regulations, and the requirements of this agreement. Otherwise, you shall bear all consequences arising therefrom, and we have the right to delete such information.
(4) You warrant that when using AstrMap Review Insights analysis services, you shall respect Amazon's terms of service and data usage policies, and shall not use analysis results for purposes that violate Amazon's platform policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The content provided by AstrMap Review Insights (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, analysis results, etc.) and the intellectual property of the platform's supporting software are, unless otherwise agreed or stated, owned by AstrMap Review Insights. No one may use or create related derivative works in any form without the written permission of AstrMap Review Insights or relevant rights holders.
When using AstrMap Review Insights services, you may provide content to AstrMap Review Insights through publishing, commenting, etc. (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.). In such cases, you retain full intellectual property rights to such content, and at the same time, you shall bear all responsibilities related to such content. You grant AstrMap Review Insights a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, disseminate, modify, compile, sublicense, create derivative works, publish, and perform such content.
7. Breach of Contract
Except as otherwise stipulated in these Terms, if you violate the agreements or warranties in these Terms, you are in breach of contract. AstrMap Review Insights has the right to take one or more measures at its own discretion without notice, including but not limited to:
(1) Suspending or terminating services;
(2) Requiring you to compensate AstrMap Review Insights for all direct or indirect losses arising therefrom, including losses incurred by third parties holding AstrMap Review Insights liable;
(3) Holding you liable for breach of contract.
8. Disclaimer
You understand that during your use of AstrMap Review Insights services, you may encounter risks such as service interruption, malfunction, obstacle, delay, irregular system upgrades, or force majeure, which may cause service interruption or termination. You agree that AstrMap Review Insights is not liable for service interruption or termination caused by any of the following:
(1) Force majeure. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, cannot be overcome, and cannot be avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as war, turmoil, government actions, and legal or policy adjustments.
(2) Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs or hacker attacks;
(3) Malfunctions of AstrMap Review Insights or your computer software, systems, hardware, and communication lines;
(4) Your improper operation;
(5) Your use of services through non-AstrMap Review Insights authorized methods;
(6) Other circumstances beyond control or reasonably unforeseeable.
You understand and agree that the content of AstrMap Review Insights services may contain errors, and AstrMap Review Insights cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, absolute security, or the effects of your use of AstrMap Review Insights services. All risks and liabilities arising from your use of AstrMap Review Insights services shall be borne by you, and AstrMap Review Insights assumes no responsibility therefor. If there are content errors, you may contact us promptly for correction.
Special Notice:
(1) AstrMap Review Insights conducts analysis based on publicly available Amazon review data, and analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute any investment or business decision advice.
(2) AstrMap Review Insights does not guarantee that analysis results are completely consistent with actual situations. You should make independent decisions based on your own judgment.
9. Information Protection
AstrMap Review Insights values the protection of your personal information and privacy. AstrMap Review Insights collects, stores, discloses, and uses your personal information in accordance with the AstrMap Review Insights Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to the privacy policy terms of AstrMap Review Insights.
10. Miscellaneous
(1) All clause titles in these Terms are for ease of reading only, have no actual meaning, and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of these Terms.
(2) If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

1.5 You may change the scope of your authorized consent or withdraw your authorization
You may change the scope of your authorized consent to our continued collection of personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, closing device functions, or making privacy settings in the AstrMap Review Insights software.
You may also withdraw all authorizations for our continued collection of your personal information by canceling your account.
Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw consent or authorization, we can no longer provide you with services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect personal information processing that has been carried out based on your authorization prior to such withdrawal.
2. Desktop Client Description
Device Information Collection
The AstrMap Review Insights desktop client collects the following device information during your use to ensure service security and stability:
(1) Device Identifier: Used to uniquely identify your device to ensure account security and proper service delivery;
(2) Operating System Information: Including operating system type and version number for compatibility adaptation and feature optimization;
(3) Device Configuration Information: Including machine architecture, hostname, etc., for troubleshooting and technical support;
(4) Client Version: Records the current client version number you are using so that we can provide you with correct services and promptly push updates.
The above information is used for service purposes only. We will not use device information for other purposes or share it with third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
(1) To provide you with AstrMap Review Insights products or services and maintain, improve, and optimize these services;
(2) For customer service, security prevention, fraud detection, archiving, and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you;
(3) To evaluate and improve our products and services and conduct internal audits, data analysis, and research by analyzing your usage behavior data to better understand how you use our services;

(1) Log in to the AstrMap Review Insights platform and click "User Center" to modify your personal information;
(2) Contact online customer service to assist you in modifying your personal information.
7.3 Deletion of Your Personal Information
Under the following circumstances, you can make a request to us for the deletion of personal information:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;
(2) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information breaches the agreement with you;
(4) If you cancel your account;
(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify affiliated companies that have obtained your personal information from us to promptly delete it, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or they have obtained your independent authorization.
After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to technical limitations and account security restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be updated or deleted.
7.4 Change the Scope of Your Authorized Consent
You may change or withdraw your authorized scope for our collection of personal information. For the collection and use of additional personal information, you may give or withdraw your authorized consent at any time.

(1) Log in to the AstrMap Review Insights platform and close relevant authorizations in "Settings";
(2) Contact online customer service to assist you in closing authorizations.
When you withdraw your authorized consent, we will no longer process corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw authorized consent will not affect personal information processing that has been carried out based on your authorization prior to such withdrawal.
7.5 Account Cancellation
You may cancel your registered account at any time. You may cancel your account in the following ways:
(1) Log in to the AstrMap Review Insights platform and click "User Center > Account Cancellation" to submit a cancellation application;
(2) Contact online customer service to assist you in canceling your account.
After account cancellation, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information upon your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
7.6 Response to Your Requests
To ensure security, you need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may first require verification of your identity before processing your request.
For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees. However, for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee based on the situation. For requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are extremely impractical, we may refuse them.
In the following circumstances, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we cannot respond to your requests:
(1) Directly related to national security and defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or are abusing your rights;
(5) Responding to your request would cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(6) Involving trade secrets.
8. Protection of Minor Information
(1) AstrMap Review Insights products and services are primarily designed for adults. If you are a minor under 18 years of age, please do not register as an AstrMap Review Insights user or use AstrMap Review Insights services.
(2) If your guardian does not consent to your use of AstrMap Review Insights services or the provision of personal information to AstrMap Review Insights, please terminate your use and notify us. We will delete relevant data as soon as possible.
(3) For the collection of minor personal information with the consent of a guardian, we will only use or disclose it when permitted by laws and regulations, necessary for protecting minors, or with clear consent from the guardian.
(4) If AstrMap Review Insights discovers that it has collected personal information of a minor without prior verifiable guardian consent, it will endeavor to delete such data as soon as possible.
9. Policy Updates
(1) Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy.
