On Windows, double-click "launch.vbs" to create a desktop shortcut and launch. First launch is slow; afterwards you can double-click the desktop shortcut directly
On macOS, extract first, then move the whole folder to the Applications folder
On first macOS run, double-click "Launch.command". When prompted "unidentified developer", dismiss the dialog, then in "System Settings > Privacy & Security > General" click "Open Anyway"
On macOS, double-click "Launch.command" again to start the app
